Non Gym Factors

The REAL reason you’re not seeing results with the stuff you doing inside of the gym is because of the stuff you doing outside of the gym.

 

You might be hitting those weights, busting your ass, but if a soon as you leave the gym you’re back to eating like shit, its not gonna produce the results that you want.

 

If nothing else make sure that you’re monitoring your portions.

And if you really wanna get on point with it, start tracking your nutrition.

Make sure you bringing in the right amount of calories and the right macro nutrients for the goal that you’re trying to achieve.

 

If you’re training 3, 4, 5 times a week, but only sleeping… 3, 4, 5 hours a night you’re not gonna see the results that you want

Do your best to get an average of seven hours of sleep per night.

If that means you gotta turn off that show a half hour early, if that means you gotta go put the kids to bed an hour earlier… get it done.

 

If you’ve made a commitment and you’re following a progressive strength training program but you still got those vices.

Do you keep going out on Friday and Saturday night, overdoing it with the alcohol, eating way too much, smoking cigarettes… you are not going to see the results that you want to see!

 

Those NON GYM FACTORS are important.

 

You need to take care of yourself outside of the gym.

It’s not enough to just go put it in 45 minutes an hour, clanging and banging those weights.

 

It’s a lifestyle

 

And if you’re serious about the results that you say you want, you need to get serious about the shit that you do outside the gym.

 

Whether you have a specific performance or aesthetic goal, or you just want to get in better shape and improve your overall health, what you do throughout the day is just as important as what you do in the gym.
