Flexible Nutrition > Everything Else

When I became a trainer, I had the workouts down to a science.

For myself AND my clients.

 

The were getting amazing workouts, gaining strength and improving their performance in the gym.

 

But there was a large majority of them that weren’t seeing the aesthetic results they wanted.

In fact, neither was I.

 

And that’s because fitness, weight loss, fat loss, body recomposition, and pretty much ANY fitness goal you want to reach boils down to NUTRITION.

 

Nutrition seems to be the area of fitness where people struggle the most.

 

And I understand why!
I mean if you’ve ever even THOUGHT about getting in shape, your social media feeds get BOMBARDED with content telling you how to do it.

 

The issue is that all of the information you see contradicts itself, which makes everything even more confusing.

 

This person says to eat less.

This person says to eat MORE.

This person says these foods are “bad”.

This other person says this style of eating is superior.

 

And what happens is that we end up getting OVERWHELMED by information overload without even knowing HOW to apply any of this stuff.

 

When I became a nutrition coach a few years ago, I was my own test subject.

I dabbled with every style of eating you can think of.

 

Keto

Paleo

Vegetarian

Pescatarian

The list goes on…

 

I was pretty miserable.

But the funny thing is, they all produced a result.

Because they all have one thing in common… THEY CREATE A CALORIE DEFICIT

 

So with that being the case, I started looking for ways to keep the principals of fat loss in tact without the restriction of these diets.

 

FLEXIBLE NUTRITION

 

Flexible Nutrition is giving yourself the freedom to enjoy the foods you enjoy while staying within the boundaries of a structured nutrition plan.

 

Yes, you still have to follow the rules.

But you have the ability to enjoy what you like, as long as it fits within the boundaries.

 

Not only was I able to see the results I wanted to see, but I’ve also able to stick to this style of eating no matter what the circumstances because I knew that regardless of what I had access to, if it fit within the program it was permissible.

 

Which saved me a lot of stress and headaches.

 

And also allowed me to stick to this long term.

I enjoy the foods I like while staying true to the program.

 

In this weel’s episode, I go over how to create the most simple and lifestyle accommodating nutrition plan possible so that you can enjoy it, stick to it, and most importantly… see results!

By the end, you will breathe a sigh of relief knowing that you don’t have to put extreme parameters around your nutrition to see results.
